Tony’s favourite! I make the bread, and when cool, slice it and place in a container in the freezer and its morning tea.
Ingredients
4 very ripe medium bananas
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 coconut oil (or canola)
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
1tsp mixed spice
2 tsp cinnamon
pinch fine grain sea salt
1 Tbsp Hemp seeds
1 Tbsp LSA
1/3 cup raisins
1/2 cup wholegrain flour
1/4 cup oatbran (if not avail – replace with flour)
3/4 cup plain flour
Instructions
Heat oven to 180 degree C
grease load or bread pan
put all items in order in Kitchen mixer
when mixture combined, it is running, pour into greased bread/loaf pan and bake.

1/2 cup chopped up walnuts
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup sunflowerseed/pumpkin seeds
