Great biscuits to take as a gift
200g butter, softened2 cups cornflakes (or I use weetbix)
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/4 cus plain flour
1/4 cup cocoa
walnuts for on top
makes about 30
Heat oven to 180 degrees C
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
Sift flour and cocoa.
Stir into creamed mixture. Fold in cornflakes
make balls and flatten onto greased tray or baking paper
Bake for 15 minutes or until firm to touch
when cold ice with chocolate icing and place on half a walnut
