Easy salad
Ingredients
Tin of Tuna – place in freezer at least an hour before hand to chill
Lemon juice
tin of red kidney beans – place in freezer so they are chilled
cherry tomatoes
hard boil an egg (8minutes boiling) peel and quarter
cucumber – sliced and quartered
lettuce – as much as you want
Halloumi cheese
Optional: capsicum
Prepare Halloumi cheese
Slice cheese in to 2cm thick strips
place in bowl of water for at least an hour
put olive oil in frying pan and heat
dry cheese with paper towel
fry cheese both sides until golden brown
dry on paper towel of any extra oil
Prepare dish
put all ingredients in large individual salad bowls and we like to use a thai coriander & lime salad dressing
